Welcome to The Graft Co. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept it simple, no fluff.

1. About Us

We are The Graft Co., a UK-based apparel brand supplying tradesman-themed T-shirts, hoodies, and custom workwear.

Website operated via Shopify. Orders fulfilled by trusted partners including Printful.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You’re over 18

  • The details you provide are accurate

  • You’re authorised to use the payment method provided

Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email. You’ll get tracking info once it ships.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major cards, PayPal, and other methods offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Delivery

Standard UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Custom workwear may take 7–10 days.
Delays outside our control (e.g. courier issues) may occur — we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

In short: 30 days for standard returns on unworn items.
Custom-branded products are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Custom Workwear

You are responsible for ensuring that any logo or file you upload is:

  • Your own or properly licensed

  • Not offensive, defamatory, or infringing on anyone’s rights

We reserve the right to reject designs that don’t meet our standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product descriptions, and site content are property of The Graft Co.
No copying, selling, or using our stuff without permission — we’re a small brand, and we protect what we build.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
We never sell your information. Ever.

9. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • Minor differences between mockups and physical items

  • Any losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers)

Basically: we’ll always do right by you, but we’re not liable for things outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled through UK legal channels.
